Abundance

We are creative living beings and innately capable of Abundance.

The word abundance means, fullness, spilling over and plentiful.
It may represent a great harvest, a full bank account, a full larder or a table of beautiful food.
Or lush green meadows, fertility and continuing growth.

For each person it may have a different meaning or symbol.

One aspect of abundance is material and provides us with comfort and security. However, it also has many other meanings, as material wealth, although important to ensure survival, is only one aspect.

Love is perhaps an even greater aspect of abundance. An essential ingredient for the heart and the soul, that cannot be replaced by material wealth. To be in an abundance of love and to have a feeling of fullness of the heart, is the ultimate experience of abundance.

Our relationships help us to connect to love and to come to a place of loving and accepting ourselves. This does not mean that if you come from a dysfunctional family, as many or most of us do, that we cannot experience good relationships, or come to a place of loving and accepting our selves. In fact that is the challenge, to do just that, in spite of our circumstances.
Emotional abundance and freedom is very closely related to our freedom to love and create for ourselves, as stuck emotions and unhealthy beliefs are powerful inhibitors to our ability to create abundance in our lives.

If we can be secure in our ability to create and maintain material abundance through emotional freedom and a fullness of the heart, then we will truly be on the path to practical, personal and spiritual fulfillment and be able to fulfill our innate creative potential..

The abundance clinic is holding one day workshops using a variety of activities that are a combination of psychological, spiritual, intellectual activities which are designed to be  light hearted and fun, whilst also providing opportunities for;
